Lead Our Commercial Team to Exponential Growth

We are seeking a talented Executive Team Leader to join our commercial team in Germany. As a key member of our Executive Commitment Team, you will play a crucial role in our growth story.

About the Role

Our Executive Commitment Teams build a network with high-level decision-makers, such as CIOs or CISOs, by actively contacting and engaging them to join our exclusive business network, Aurora Live. Through personalized interactions, these teams understand the executives' interests, business needs, and strategic plans.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the team by example, driving the organization to exponential growth and exploring ways to take our service to the next level.
  • Manage team members' performance by providing feedback, coaching, and rewarding success.
  • Keep up active momentum from Monday to Friday, maintaining a weekly rhythm.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leading a commercial (preferably B2B) sales or telemarketing team.
  • Drive to work in the front-line yourself, with a minimum of 50%-time allocation to own customer work.
  • The drive and flexibility to succeed within a dynamic environment.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to motivate and convince others.
  • A quick learner, with a genuine interest in technology, business trends, and current affairs.
  • Excellent English and native-level German language skills.
