About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team at Page Executive. As the Head of Human Resources for Iberia, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through effective people strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Managing Director and Iberia Management Team to identify and implement people-related initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and practices that drive organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Design and manage programs to enhance management and leadership capabilities, driving organizational performance and culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR EMEA Team to share best practices and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Team Iberia to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to support the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and development through people strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
