- Identify and prioritize customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Participate in training activities to stay up-to-date on new technologies and procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (Mandatory)
- Basic PC skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work in shifts (7x24)
- Advanced experience in Organization Development: Service Orientation, Insight, Proactive Cooperation
- Basic understanding of group dynamics and/or team development
