Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Clienteling Manager

The Senior Clienteling Manager is a key role within our Private Client Services team, responsible for driving the coordination and execution of our Private Client strategy at La Roca Village. This involves building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clientele, creating a database of valuable contacts, and delivering sales objectives through the conversion and delivery of high-spending footfall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth guests, fostering a clienteling mindset and culture within the Private Client Services team, Personal Shopper, Retail, and Hospitality.
  • Develop Personal Shopper service and suites strategy into the Black Book database acquisition, working closely with Retail and the brand Referral program to acquire and engage high-net-worth individuals for our Private Client Services and Black Book.
  • Collaborate with Hospitality in Village Referral program to acquire and engage high-net-worth individuals for our Private Client Services and Black Book, developing a calendar of events and activities to acquire new clients and supervise the PCS events manager on event execution.
  • Build and develop relationships with 3rd parties, such as institutions, corporate entities, private clubs, associations, and international expat communities, targeting members and high-net-worth individuals as potential clients for Private Client Services.
  • Identify and explore new business and incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Develop a strong collaboration with Retail, Marketing/GKE, Hospitality, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

  • Previous experience working closely with high-net-worth clients.
  • A strong network of high-net-worth clients.
  • Previous experience in a sales role with high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience working in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
  • Experience attending industry functions, such as National Days, cultural events, association events, and conferences, providing feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
