**About Our Company**

Importante Empresa is a leading pharmaceutical company located in the Vallés Occidental region. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant and Compliance Coordinator to join our team.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to perform administrative tasks in our compliance department. The successful candidate will provide support to our company organization and country president, as well as coordinate events and meetings to ensure the well-being of our employees and external visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform administrative work in the compliance department, including sample management, documentation, and equipment calibration.
  • Generate and archive manufacturing tracking sheets and departmental documentation.
  • Coordinate company visits, customer meetings, and supplier interactions.
  • Provide support to the country president and other members of the organization.
  • Manage orders with suppliers, make purchase requisitions, and follow up on delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate meetings and events with suppliers.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Administrative office assistant bachelor's degree or similar.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive and responsible attitude.
