About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Technical Manager to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Surface Treatment business in the Iberian region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers, providing expertise on air filtration solutions and products
  • Partner with sales engineers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Surface Treatment industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of air filtration solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
