About the Role

As a seasoned IT Product Manager at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for driving the vision and direction of a team for the next 1-2 years. Your key objectives will include managing the product roadmap, technical team sprint planning, and reporting business results to senior leadership. You will also work closely with regional and cross-organizational stakeholders to support sustained growth and enable rapid innovation in the programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize regional stakeholders to align on product strategy and goals
  • Identify opportunities through industry research and competitive analysis
  • Build and maintain a 3-year product strategy and 4-quarter roadmap
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, orders, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score
  • Define product requirements through personas, customer journey maps, and user stories
  • Coordinate design of customer experience through UX visual design, concept testing, and usability testing
  • Manage product testing, business and IT quality assurance, show-n-tell, demos, and release readiness
  • Assist in business rollout through training, sales support, and customer onboarding
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in IT product management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Product Owner/Manager certification a plus
