Requirements
- Proven experience in support and operations management, including stakeholder management and end-to-end ownership.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software engineering processes.
- Ability to identify, eliminate, or contain technical and business risks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of industry-standard agile practices (DevOps, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban).

Language Requirements
