About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team as Segment Manager for Surface Treatment in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our air filter product groups in the Iberian region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and demands.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our indirect and direct sales channels.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to customers on air filtration solutions, helping them find the most suitable products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-market and expand our sales footprint.
  • Act as a product champion, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales, with a strong understanding of products requiring deep explanation.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
  • Proven track record of success in high-value product sales, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
  • Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an asset.
  • Ability to manage and service accounts across a broad geographical sales area.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
