Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until activation of maintenance service contracts in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Process formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
- Interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, service delivery, collections to resolve customer inquiries.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements.
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management.
- Perform routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Native German.
- Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service focus.
- Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.
- Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.
- MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel. SAP/CRM experience preferred.
