About the Role

As a Delivery Station Manager at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery stations. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Own and resolve site-specific issues to positively impact site performance
  • Analyze site performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to drive business results
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve operational performance and customer experience
A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a delivery station. This will involve analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive business results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language
  • Relevant experience in using data to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience in key areas of production and supply chains
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
  • Experience in a similar logistical working environment
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment
