The Opportunity

We are in search of a Regional Manager for PVH (CK) to drive the sales performance of our retail locations across the region (Spain), overseeing both full-price stores and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Oversight:
    - Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards in all stores.
    - Oversee visual merchandising guidelines and tailor them to the regional context to enhance impact.
    - Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, staff appearance, and product display standards.
    - Lead the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives and events at retail locations.
    - Implement new retail strategies in alignment with corporate directives.
  • Team Leadership:
    - Manage, guide, and inspire the team to achieve performance goals.
    - Facilitate professional development by identifying training needs and organizing workshops and career progression plans.
    - Attract and retain top talent within the teams.
  • Product Management:
    - Collaborate with the product team to select collections and conduct in-season analysis to determine product requirements.
    - Oversee inventory management and ensure effective replenishment and product transfers.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    - Partner with the Finance Department to enhance business performance and implement strategies to meet store budgets.
    - Analyze key performance indicators and operational reports to recommend improvements in store operations.
    - Maintain control over store costs in accordance with budgetary guidelines, particularly regarding full-time equivalents.

  • Ability to adapt to diverse tasks and work environments.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the capacity to respond to urgent situations.
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented in managing various processes.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
  • Proficient in visual merchandising.
  • Independent work organization, adhering to procedures and deadlines.
  • Proactive in resolving issues and managing contingencies.

Position Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail management.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
