**Job Summary**

The Director of Food and Beverage is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall success of the Food and Beverage operation at Accorhotel. This includes establishing the strategic and tactical positioning of the operation as a world-class entity, supervising the day-to-day operation, and achieving set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in revenue, cost, and expense management, quality commitment, team morale, and talent recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and clearly communicate the strategic direction for the Food and Beverage department in coordination with the General Manager and Executive Chef.
  • Consistently improve the financial profitability, productivity, and efficiency of the Food and Beverage department.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget revenue goals and expenses for the Food and Beverage department, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Execute inventory control and calculation for monthly analysis and reconciliation.
  • Ensure consistency of quality, taste, presentation, and temperature of beverages served in all Food and Beverage Outlets.
  • Ensure maximum creativity and consistency in all Food and Beverage presentations.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage/Hospitality Management or extensive hands-on experience in a similar restaurant concept.
  • Relevant experience in the international deluxe hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar environment.
  • Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Thrives in large-scale operations and high-volume environments.
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail, passion, and innovation for Food and Beverage.
  • Good presentation and influencing skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change effectively.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, able to set priorities.
