We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at La Scala Group, a dynamic and expanding restaurant group in the Costa del Sol region. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with our restaurant management team to drive business objectives and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
