Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Centralized Monitoring team. As a key member of our Clinical Operations organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) strategy and centralized monitoring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct, lead, and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality centralized monitoring services to clients and studies.
- Develop and implement RBQM strategy and centralized monitoring objectives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide training, management, and mentorship to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of centralized monitoring services.
