About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and planning, monitoring, and delivering on financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and deliver on factory performance (KPI) to ensure high-quality products at the lowest cost.
  • Complete financial control of the factory, including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals.
  • Support the continuous improvement culture in the factory, leading cost reduction initiatives and providing insights on losses and their value.
  • Lead and manage business control activities, including monthly closing, expense control, and timely provisions.
  • Ensure compliance to corporate governance policies and procedures and drive internal control monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance to local legal and tax requirements, manage local legal entity-related tasks.
  • Support product costing calculation and provide accurate inputs for product costing to CPCU.
About the Team

You will be part of our AM Business Control team, working closely with our finance and accounting teams to drive business performance and improve processes.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of business control experience.
  • Completed degree in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in company tools for reporting and analyzing.
  • Ability to learn and apply new tools and technologies.
