About the Role
As an HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will play a critical role in driving a positive employee experience and supporting the company's business goals. You will be responsible for delivering projects and driving progress towards business objectives, engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation, and resolving high-level employee issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Own and deliver projects that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders to collect data and implement policies that support business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary issues.
- Coaching and Development: Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Employee Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze internal dashboards to create reports on key metrics for leadership at your site.

The People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team at Amazon is responsible for making the Amazon experience brilliant for our people. We operate proactively and take a holistic approach to people management, focusing on solving employee engagement issues quickly to ensure a seamless employee and customer experience.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment.
- Skills: Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions, proficiency in verbal and written English, and experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
