About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Ownership: Take charge of projects that drive business growth and employee engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Employee Support: Provide expert guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary issues.
  4. HR Development: Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  5. Policy Implementation: Collaborate with work councils and unions to drive positive employee relations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze internal dashboards to create reports on key metrics, providing insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
About the Team

Our HR department, known as the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, is dedicated to making myGwork a great place to work. We operate proactively, taking a holistic approach to people management and focusing on solving employee engagement issues quickly.

Basic Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in an HR role, operating in an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
