About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Speaking Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Cross Border Talents. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, promptly address any issues, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade clients.
