Luxury Hotel Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Hotel Concierge to join our team at Hotel Arts Barcelona. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that every stay is truly unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, assist with luggage, and arrange transportation as needed.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with reservations, recommendations, and planning trips, as well as providing information on local attractions and activities.
- Penthouse Services: Inspect rooms, maintain minibars, and ensure cleanliness and engineer tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Guest Relations: Engage with guests in the lobby, identify their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Front Desk: Check guests in and out, use the Opera system, and fulfill their needs to exceed their expectations.
- Club Services: Set up and break down daily food presentations, and provide exceptional service to guests in the executive lounge.
- Housekeeping: Inspect and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, and assist with monthly inventories of in-room amenities.
- Spa Services: Develop time management skills to plan and organize all services in the Spa, and ensure that payments are accurate and balanced.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Opera system.
