At Leica Biosystems, we're committed to advancing cancer diagnostics and improving lives. As a Sales Specialist for Digital Pathology, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our regional business in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy to capture market share
  • Build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth
  • Partner with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement the Digital Pathology solution
  • Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share
  • Support the tender response team on technical application processes
  • Communicate the value of Leica Biosystems' solutions to customers and represent the company's winning characteristics
  • Apply DBS tools to maximize results and optimizations
Requirements:
  • University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment, including knowledge of technologies, products, and processes
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel within the defined territory up to 60% of the time
