About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team at Arrow Iberia Electronica SLU. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and sales within the IP&E segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive solution programs to accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within assigned markets or business segments.
  • Specialize in key market segments and technologies, owning the go-to-market strategy plan for assigned markets.
  • Conduct business strategy activities, including total available market analysis, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support assigned markets.
  • Work with suppliers, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
  • Create, gain approvals for, and execute comprehensive products and service offers.
  • Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials for use in business development.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs within assigned markets.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed at driving increased market share and visibility for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
  • Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements
  • Experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management.
  • Experience in IP&E, engineering, and business strategy market and customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis).
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Full driving license and readiness for business travel.
  • English language skills - fluently in writing and spoken.
  • Spanish language skills (native or C1).
  • Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Track record in delivering results in market/segment management or development of comprehensive solutions offers in business-to-business industry.
  • Understanding of performance measurement tools and technology.
  • Demonstration of project/team leadership and collaboration skills.
