About the Role

Arrow Iberia Electronica SLU is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer IP&E to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profit growth within the IP&E business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Development: Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to accelerate sales and profit growth within the IP&E business segment.
  2. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities, and develop comprehensive product and service offers.
  4. Communication Programs: Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials to support business development and drive increased market share and visibility.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
  7. Relationship Building: Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product management.
  2. IP&E Experience: Proven experience in IP&E technologies and business development.
  3. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategies to address challenges.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
