The Public Cloud Customer Success Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our S/4HANA EM Public customers. As a strategic advisor and executive-level SAP cloud resource, you will be responsible for customer success, satisfaction, solution adoption, and reference-ability.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an account manager post-sales, working directly with customers to guide them through their journey with our offerings.
- Build strong relationships with customers and help them maximize the value of their partnership with SAP.
- Oversee key customer milestones throughout the customer lifecycle, from deal signature to system provisioning, monitoring implementation progress, and business case achievement.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for the customer and leverage appropriate resources across SAP functions to maintain overall customer health.
- Develop and execute account management plans to drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within the solution portfolio.
- University degree (Bachelor as entry level) or comparable experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, presales, customer engagement, product management, support, or consulting, including cloud-related experience.
- Experience in working with customers in complex engagements.
- Customer relationship management, sales, and sales team expertise in license, cloud, or services domain.
- Commercial experience, including developing account management plans and contract negotiations.
- Project management knowledge, including business process transformation and re-engineering.
- Innovative mindset for customer success.
- Good network within SAP and the cloud delivery teams.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish, additional languages advantageous.
- S/4HANA Public Cloud and Cloud Solutions background desired.
