We're seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Experience Design Manager to join our Product Experience team. In this role, you'll be shaping the digital platform experience for our installer partners and driving design strategy from end to end. You'll work closely with our product development teams and partner channels to deliver outstanding experiences that strengthen our partnerships and set our partners up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for our digital platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across digital and physical products.
  2. Customer Insights and Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to identify unmet needs and desires, informing design decisions and driving business growth.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.
  4. Design Culture and Capability Building: Nurture a design culture within Empresa reconocida, promoting design thinking and best practices across the organization.
  5. Supplier and Agency Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and creative agencies to ensure design concepts are implemented with the right quality and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field, with 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles.
  2. Design Expertise: Proven ability to set design direction, deliver designs ready for implementation, and conceptually connect dots between interdependent models.
  3. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to sell ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Agile Mindset and Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt design practices to meet business needs.
  5. Design Trends and Best Practices: Familiarity with the latest trends in digital design, including mobile-first designs, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
