About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team at LittleBIG Connection. As a key member of our product design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and driving the continuous evolution of our product design standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaboration and Conceptualization: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to conceptualize and design new features and improvements for our products.
  2. Design Development: Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet business objectives and user needs, applying your expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and ProtoPie.
  3. User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and deeply understand our users' needs and behaviors, utilizing tools such as Maze, Hotjar, Userzoom, and Quant UX.
  4. Design Standards and Style Guides: Apply and contribute to the development of our design standards and style guides, ensuring consistency and excellence in our product design.
  5. Design Communication: Present and defend key design decisions and designs to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating your design vision and expertise.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: A degree in Product Design, UX/UI, Interactive Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product design in technology environments, preferably in software companies or startups.
  2. Design Skills and Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, ProtoPie, Axure, or similar, with experience in responsive design and knowledge of best UX/UI practices.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and technical skills in product design.
  4. Product Culture and Lean Agile: Deep knowledge of product culture and Lean and Agile methodologies, with the ability to implement these principles in the design of effective solutions.
  5. UX/UI Metrics and Analytics: Experience and knowledge in UX/UI related metrics and analytics, with the ability to handle user study tools such as Maze, Hotjar, Userzoom, and Quant UX.
