About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Design Lead to spearhead our product design efforts and drive innovation at Factorial HR. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading product design teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping our product vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product design teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals
  • Develop and maintain design systems, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency across products
  • Conduct user research, ideation, and testing to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to improve design processes and outputs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years of experience leading design teams
  • Deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively
