About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Mygwork, a leading platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, as a Customer Experience Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive our customer experience programs and develop innovative strategies to engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement CX Platforms: Design and implement customer experience platforms that align with our brand strategies and target consumer needs.
  2. Consumer Activation: Identify and execute efficient and innovative approaches to engage and excel in reaching consumers throughout their entire consumption journey.
  3. Project Management: Guarantee the execution of consumer activation plans, working in close partnership with internal stakeholders, securing optimal resource allocation and constantly re-assessing allocation after careful evaluation of main KPIs and ROI.
  4. Agency Briefings: Design detailed briefings for agencies involved in CX platforms.
  5. Internal Alignment: Ensure alignment with various internal departments engaged in the projects and CX platforms, maintaining excellence in implementation, adhering to timelines, and evaluating KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Insight Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of each platform to uncover powerful insights for each platform, consumers, and short and medium-term strategies for CX platforms.
  7. Brand Strategy Alignment: Always ensure alignment with the brand's strategy and plans within the respective market.
  8. Budget Management: Responsible for tactical management of the local budget, ensuring proper allocation as planned, correct phasing, and execution of activities according to the established plan.
  9. Efficiency and Synergies: Always looking for efficiencies and synergies to the projects and platforms.
  10. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Activation Team, fostering a collaborative OneTeam mindset.
Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
  2. +5 years relevant experience in defining and building brand activation, marketing, or trade marketing in Food, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Tobacco (RRP).
  3. Experience in consumer activation in horecas, festivals, and partnerships.
  4. Fluency in English and Spanish.
  5. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
