Customer Experience Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? We're seeking a skilled Customer and Tutor Value Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
Your Role in Our JourneyAs a Customer and Tutor Value Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of customer value management initiatives, from crafting business cases to executing campaigns and analyzing outcomes. You will utilize data insights to identify customer pain points and opportunities for enhancing their experience, developing and implementing proactive strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Operations and Product Management, to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Additionally, you will manage digital campaigns, continuously optimizing performance through A/B testing and data analysis, and document and manage the customer journey to ensure that customer voices are heard and acted upon to improve overall sentiment.
Your ImpactYou will drive significant improvements in customer retention and satisfaction through strategic management and execution of customer value management programs. You will leverage data to uncover insights that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth, proactively reducing churn rates by developing and implementing effective retention strategies.
You will foster strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of upsell and cross-sell opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and lead initiatives that capture deep customer insights, enhancing our ability to respond to their needs and exceed their expectations.
