Key Responsibilities- Lead UX Design Efforts: Oversee the UX design process for multiple high-impact projects, ensuring a seamless user experience across our financial and retail solutions.
- Mentor and Guide Junior Designers: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by mentoring and guiding junior and midweight UX designers.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand project goals and design requirements.
- Drive End-to-End Design Process: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines, conduct user research and usability testing, and create high-quality design specifications.
- Develop Design Systems and Guidelines: Create and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and scalability across all Board solutions.
- Conduct User Research and Usability Testing: Gather insights and validate design decisions through user research and usability testing.

- Communicate Design Concepts: Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes to stakeholders.
- Evaluate Design Effectiveness: Apply usability heuristics and stay current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering valuable suggestions for improvement.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various platforms and industries.
- Proven leadership experience in UX design, with a track record of leading and mentoring design teams.
- Advanced knowledge of User-Centered iterative design processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Deep understanding of usability principles, best practices, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
