We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager Retail Spain to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and customer service.

- Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock levels, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
