About the Role

As our Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Coordinators and approximately 70 Columbia staff members across 25 El Corte Inglés (ECI) concessions in Spain. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3 ECI Area Coordinators and approximately 70 Columbia staff members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

Monitor and improve performance by reviewing weekly sales data, sharing insights, and identifying areas for improvement.

Regularly visit ECI locations to meet your team and provide feedback, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Negotiate with ECI centers and floor managers for better store locations, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Oversee the opening and closing of concessions, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions.

Coordinate inventory management with the Account Services Rep, ensuring optimal product levels and minimizing stockouts.

Implement brand guidelines, including visual merchandising and promotional offers, to maintain a consistent and engaging brand experience.

Support wholesale activities, assisting the Key Account Manager with ECI wholesale activities and driving business growth.

Requirements

2-4 years' experience managing a large sales team in retail, with a proven track record of success.

Strong knowledge of retail management and customer service tools, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions independently and drive business growth.

A positive mindset and a strong team player, with a focus on collaboration and driving business success.
