Funciones del Site Project Manager Retail

Como Site Project Manager Retail, tus responsabilidades principales serán:

  • Coordinar y planificar la ejecución de obras o reformas para grandes marcas del sector Retail.
  • Planificar el personal y los recursos materiales necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto de las instalaciones.
  • Dirigir a los operarios técnicos, coordinándose con las marcas.
  • Controlar que se cumplan las especificaciones técnicas definidas en el proyecto de obra.
  • Elaborar informes y presupuestos de proyectos.
  • Realizar el registro de la información en nuestra base de datos y programas.
  • Coordinación y supervisión técnica de la dirección de obras nacionales e internacionales.
Requisitos mínimos

Para este puesto, se requieren:

  • Inglés, valorable francés, portugués o alemán.
  • Residencia en la zona del Maresme o alrededores.
  • Trato con clientes y proveedores.
  • Conocimiento en el mundo del Retail.
  • Gestión de incidencias.
  • Experiencia en supervisión y coordinación de obras.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Persona proactiva, organizada, resolutiva y dinámica.
