Job Title: Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction department:

Job Responsibilities:

Direct, plan, control, and coordinate all activities to execute the project.

Responsible for the implementation of the project plan and the follow-up of corrective actions to achieve the deadline, coordinating all activities of the work.

Supervise the correct execution of the installation works (physical execution and system setup) that guarantee the final quality of the works and the operability of the plant.

Define the scope and review of BoQs in labor contracts (subcontracts) and equipment, supporting Purchasing in the different phases of contracting.

Anticipate and act proactively on potential deviations in projects, both in terms of deadlines, budget, and quality.

Document the development of the installations in execution, reporting to the Project Manager, and safeguarding the generated documentation.

Prepare the purchase plan and coordinate with the Purchasing department and suppliers for the delivery of equipment and execution of works according to the plan.

Review, in coordination with Engineering, the project designs and measurements.

Follow up on the plan, making comparisons between the real plan and the contractual plan.

Perform partial and/or total certifications of the installation.

Control the economic aspect of the work.

Approve invoices (first level).

Requirements:

Techincal degree (Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with experience between 2 and 5 years in this type of tasks for plants over 5 MW).

Knowledge of Civil Works, Electrical Installations AT and BT, and Mechanical Installations.

Geographical mobility to be on site at a national level while the projects last.

High level of English.

Training in PRL (minimum 60-hour course that enables as a preventive resource).
