Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Fusion 360

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues? Do you have a strong background in CAD/CAM/CAE and a keen eye for detail? We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Respond to support requests via multiple channels, including chat, phone, web, and online forums.
  • Document support interactions in our company-wide case management system.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
  • Research and document product defects.
  • Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates.
  • Contribute to the development of our internal knowledge base quality using the Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodology.
  • Influence product management and development to drive successful improvements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field or at least 3 years of product experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Design (CAD), Simulation, Manufacturing (CAM), or related Autodesk products.
