Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our HR platforms, including Workday Human Capital Management and SAP HR. You will also be responsible for daily contact with employees, creating employee workshops, and analyzing absenteeism and headcount fluctuations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to HR platforms, including hirings, terminations, and modifying cost centers
- Assist employees with vacation period calculations, maternity/paternity leaves, and Collective Agreement information
- Send periodic incidents to payrolls, including international travel allowances and special supplements
- Pay invoices to vendors and control purchase requests
- Create employee workshops and present to stakeholders
- Analyze and control absenteeism and headcount fluctuations
We're looking for a candidate with a passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change. You should have a degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
