HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at Nordex Se. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HSE management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical departments to identify and address HSE-related design and documental issues.
- Develop and maintain HSE training programs for employees and contractors, including training content and materials.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are met and documented.
- Support the HSE Country Managers in ensuring that all activities developed in the country by Nordex and their contractors are carried out in a safe way, with maximum respect to the environment.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Projects HSE Team and support in the identification of HSE services and resources needed on the Projects.
- Support in the tendering phase by reviewing clients' requirements and technical documentation in relation to HSE contracts and tender questions.
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
