About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at Nordex SE. As a key member of our HSEQ department, you will be responsible for promoting a strong HSE culture and driving the implementation of HSE standards across our Blades plants worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • HSE Global:
    • Act as the focal point for HSE activities across all Nordex Blades plants and third parties
    • Support new industrialization projects and developments
    • Create and update specific HSE documents and follow-up on implementation
    • Handle projects within Blades unit for defining, transforming, standardizing, and optimizing HSE requirements and strategies
    • Lead data collection methods in Blades regarding HSE parameters and reports
    • Assess and approve Hazardous Materials and lead plans to eliminate products from the HazMats Black list
    • Maintain the HSE Management System
  • HSE Country Support:
    • Support Nordex Blades HSE local teams in implementing HSE requirements and activities
    • Follow up on the implementation of HSE activities in each Nordex Blades plant
    • Be the HSE focal point of contact for third parties (Blades suppliers) and participate in meetings to discuss progressions and issues related to HSE
    • Support international Blades third parties in HSE-relevant topics for the manufacturing of Nordex Blades (e.g., safety of machinery, HSE agreement)
    • Supervise, control, and audit Nordex Blades plants and international third parties to ensure they comply with local HSE requirements and Nordex HSE policy
Requirements
  • University degree (Engineering or similar technical degree) with Health and Safety Advisor Training
  • High English Level
  • Desirable at least 2 years of experience in the role of Health, Safety, and Environment specialist
  • Experienced in using business systems and competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
