Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the EPC-PM-HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Create and update supervision forms, checklists, and HSE instructions to ensure effective risk management.
- Define training content for HSE teams, including internal and external training programs.
- Interface with Engineering and Technical Departments to address HSE aspects, design, and document issues.
- Perform follow-up with the Engineering Department to implement design changes based on project lessons learned.
- Develop global action plans to address HSE issues and share lessons learned with divisions.
- Lead and assist improvement projects, including culture, IT tools, and global HSE processes.
- Support HSE Country Managers in ensuring safe activities, environmental compliance, and customer requirements.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Projects HSE Team and support client sales meetings.
- Assist with incident and accident investigations and support countries in reporting using EPC-PM templates.
- Support ISO certification audits and provide technical expertise as needed.
- Complete higher education in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Environmental) and post-graduate studies in Health, Safety, and Environmental.
- High-Intermediate English Level.
- Desirable technical course in the Environment or post-graduate studies in Environment.
- Desirable 5 years of experience in the role of Health Safety Manager or Environment Manager, preferably in construction sites or HSE Manager on civil works activities.
