Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for Europe, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of sales account management, contract terms, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels, functions, and regions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the nuclear or energy industry, with a strong understanding of GEH products and services.
  • Masters' degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and standard work methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new ideas and concepts.
