- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the HR Operations team is aware of and compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing risk and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Certificates, Surveys, and Database Reporting: Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and data, including certificates, surveys, and database management.
- Databases Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR databases, including employee data, payroll information, and other relevant HR systems.
- Reporting and Surveys: Design and deliver reports and surveys to measure HR metrics and employee engagement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Time Management: Develop and implement processes to optimize time management and productivity within the HR Operations team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- HR-Led Digitalization and Data Collection: Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement digital solutions to enhance HR processes and data collection, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in HR Operations managerial roles in matrixed multinational companies, with a strong understanding of global HR systems and processes.
- In-Depth Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of payroll, tax, and social security schemes, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with business leaders and employees at all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Data Literacy: Ability to use data, metrics, and evidence to drive decision-making and change, ensuring a data-driven approach to HR operations.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, business administration, or related field, plus postgraduate studies or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP advanced user).
