We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Operations Manager to join our team at the Engie Group. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of HR processes and systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead HR Operations Team: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the HR Operations team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
  2. Efficiency and Harmonization: Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
  3. Team Upskilling: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the HR Operations team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  4. GBS Setup Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap to establish a Global Business Support (GBS) setup, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems and processes.
  5. Payroll and Hiring Oversight: Provide strategic guidance on payroll and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the HR Operations team is aware of and compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing risk and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  7. Certificates, Surveys, and Database Reporting: Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and data, including certificates, surveys, and database management.
  8. Databases Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR databases, including employee data, payroll information, and other relevant HR systems.
  9. Reporting and Surveys: Design and deliver reports and surveys to measure HR metrics and employee engagement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  10. Time Management: Develop and implement processes to optimize time management and productivity within the HR Operations team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  11. HR-Led Digitalization and Data Collection: Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement digital solutions to enhance HR processes and data collection, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements
  1. 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in HR Operations managerial roles in matrixed multinational companies, with a strong understanding of global HR systems and processes.
  2. In-Depth Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of payroll, tax, and social security schemes, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with business leaders and employees at all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Data Literacy: Ability to use data, metrics, and evidence to drive decision-making and change, ensuring a data-driven approach to HR operations.
  5. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, business administration, or related field, plus postgraduate studies or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP advanced user).
