About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in fostering the expansion and success of our ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft and present solutions that incorporate video security and access control products.
  • Prepare responses to tender specifications and facilitate product evaluations in complex scenarios.
  • Provide training for staff and channel partners on our products and solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to ensure proposed products and solutions align with client specifications.
  • Communicate technical nuances and benefits of our offerings to stakeholders with varying expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or equivalent role for a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of access control and video surveillance markets and solutions.
  • Self-motivated and focused individual with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent English speaking and strong verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud-hosted video and access control solutions experience.
  • University degree or diploma in technology-related field.
  • Prior experience in the security industry, including certifications in enterprise and/or cloud-hosted video and/or access control solutions.
  • Microsoft, Cisco, and/or other relevant technical certifications.
