Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Salve Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead to purchase, acting as the main contact for clients, leading the sales strategy, handling objections, and negotiating success.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the First Point of Contact: Deliver a strong initial impression and lay the groundwork for long-term client relationships.
- Manage the Sales Process: Act as the main contact for clients, leading the sales strategy, handling objections, and negotiating success.
- Engage with Clients: Identify client needs and propose solutions using leading cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Provide Outstanding Customer Engagement: Ensure customer satisfaction and drive cloud solution sales by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Communicate Effectively: Present competitive solutions in the context of client needs and experiences, and communicate effectively to help clients understand how they can capture value with Microsoft technologies.
- Convert Prospects into Opportunities: Build a revenue pipeline using criteria like BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline), and exceed net-new revenue and sales pipeline targets.
- High School Diploma Required: A BA or 4-year degree is preferred.
- 2-3+ Years of Sales Experience: A proven track record of success, with a minimum of 1 year of IT industry experience and 1 year of sales account management or customer management experience.
- Familiarity with Modern Sales Techniques: Experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
- Experience with Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, video, and presentations.
- Results-Driven Personality: A focus on exceeding sales goals through strategic leadership and collaboration across the business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Windows OS, and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Fluent in Dutch and English: C2 level in both spoken and written communication.
