Responsabilidades:
  • Experiencia en secretariado técnico en el sector educativo es un requisito fundamental.
  • Se valorará experiencia como Front Desk de grandes hoteles o similares.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente en entornos multinacionales, recepción y secretariado es crucial.
  • Dominio de idiomas, inglés a nivel alto es imprescindible.
  • Manejo preciso y ágil de sistemas de información y conocimientos informáticos son fundamentales.
  • Conocimientos de gestión de listas, turnos, asistencia, incidencias y ocupación son necesarios.
  • Conocimientos de facturación, cobros y gestión de incidencias son importantes.
  • Capacidad de gestión de eventos, presupuestos, gestión de mercancías y pedidos es fundamental.
  • Archivo y documentación son responsabilidades clave.
  • Gestión de intranet, comunicaciones y flujos de mensajería es crucial.

Formar parte de un grupo educativo referente en el sector con una posición estable y a largo plazo.
