- Experiencia en atención al cliente en entornos multinacionales, recepción y secretariado es crucial.
- Dominio de idiomas, inglés a nivel alto es imprescindible.
- Manejo preciso y ágil de sistemas de información y conocimientos informáticos son fundamentales.
- Conocimientos de gestión de listas, turnos, asistencia, incidencias y ocupación son necesarios.
- Conocimientos de facturación, cobros y gestión de incidencias son importantes.
- Capacidad de gestión de eventos, presupuestos, gestión de mercancías y pedidos es fundamental.
- Archivo y documentación son responsabilidades clave.
- Gestión de intranet, comunicaciones y flujos de mensajería es crucial.
Formar parte de un grupo educativo referente en el sector con una posición estable y a largo plazo.
