Job Title: Regional Recruitment Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead our recruitment marketing strategy across the EMEA region. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Global Excellence team, you will leverage your expertise in digital media, data analytics, and employer branding to create impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that connect with job seekers and showcase Fresenius Medical Care as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies and employer brand programs to support talent attraction across multiple channels, tailoring approaches to different geographies and business functions.
  • Design, manage, and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across a range of platforms, supporting multiple business functions across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition organization and direct recruiting teams to identify campaign and material needs, ensuring a consistent employer brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee digital advertising budgets and calendars across channels, governing recruitment marketing tactics that enable recruiters to attract and hire top talent effectively.
  • Write compelling content in line with our employer brand voice for various digital platforms, including the career site, employee stories, email marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Develop training materials such as playbooks, presentations, and job aids to enable recruiters and HR business partners to understand and implement best practices in recruitment marketing.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree is highly desirable.
