Marketing Manager Southern Cluster

Baxter International Inc, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe region. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new digital channels and collaborating with regional stakeholders to ensure effective traditional and digital tools/programs for approaching healthcare professionals/payers in the virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the Southern Cluster region.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders, including Medical/Clinical, Finance, Training & Education, Comm Ex, Supply Chain, R&D, RA, Market Access, Digital Marketing, GPR, and Renal EMEA team, to ensure a clear direction and effective tools/programs.
  • Partner with countries to enable commercial execution excellence and accelerate profitable sales.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to support regional marketing initiatives.
