Southern Europe Transformers Marketing Manager

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our Transformers business in Southern Europe. This role requires a strong understanding of the market and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Transformers business in Southern Europe
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region
  • Work closely with the Market Managers to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales plans
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to ensure alignment on sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the HUB Management team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
  • Work with the Business Development team to develop and execute business development plans
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Transformers business and market
  • Proven sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
