About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Essential Health initiatives in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large complex projects and programs through the full project life cycle, from planning to closure.
  • Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets stakeholder objectives.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on track and executed as per the plan.
  • Drive project delivery quality and ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Provide administrative services, including status reporting and resource planning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
