**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracting Manager to join our team at WebBeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for contracting hotels in the Balearic and Canary Islands, expanding our portfolio and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Consult and agree with the Director of Contracting on specific product requirements and market trends.
  • Expand our hotel portfolio by analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Negotiate and contract rates, special offers, and allocations with hotels to ensure WebBeds has the best rates available.
  • Lead the negotiation process for increasing booking volume in destination.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and availability, and analyze sales performance to identify market trends and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Advise on preferred partner hotels and negotiate exclusive deals.
  • Address and resolve any standard/service level issues with suppliers.
  • Ensure hotels are inspected and details updated on a regular basis.
  • Communicate destination information internally and assist with group placements as necessary.
  • Manage supplier relationships and liaise with relevant departments.

**Requirements:**

  • Contracting experience with the tourism industry and established relationships in the Spanish market.
  • Strong negotiation skills, pro-active, dynamic, passionate, and a team player.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with hoteliers.
  • Stakeholder management skills and corporate presence.
