We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch solutions to telecom customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and adapting to a dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
- Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
- Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
- Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Requirements:
- Dutch native level (or Flemish) and English fluent.
- Committed and dedicated team player with strong listening skills.
- Service-minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Strong communicator.
What We Offer:
- Type of contract: Indefinido.
- Working hours: 39h/week (5 working days a week).
- Performance bonus of potentially 250€ per month.
- Training 2-4 weeks and working with a buddy system.
